Mr. Lynch has practiced public accountancy for 29 years, specializing in the construction, health care, and public utilities industries. Additionally, he has performed forensic accounting / fraud detection engagements for commercial lenders in conjunction with their asset-based lines of credit for eleven years, and assisted with the development, marketing, training, and technical support of S.T.A.R.S™., a software used by commercial lenders to monitor their receivable and inventory lines of credit, to the major commercial lenders in the US and UK. Mr. Lynch has , also, qualified and testified as an expert witness in US Bankruptcy Court. Moreover, he has extensive experience in the insurance brokerage and underwriting industry with particular emphasis on designing risk finance programs, forming captive insurance companies in offshore and US domiciles, and contract surety bonding.
